What we do

Workforce solutions, not manpower supply

CrestVale is built as a structured workforce partner rather than a traditional manpower supplier. Every engagement has a defined scope, a named owner and a documented trail from requirement to arrival.

Talent sourcing

Structured sourcing against your trade, skill grade, language level and experience requirements — coordinated through vetted partners in each source market.

Screening & assessment

Document verification, trade testing through recognised technical centres, and interview coordination in person or by video to your schedule.

Documentation management

Passports, medicals, clearances, contracts and government registration — tracked file by file with visible status and a single reference number.

Visa & permit coordination

Liaison with your appointed counsel, licensed partners and the relevant authorities so each stage proceeds in the correct legal sequence.

Mobilisation

Pre-departure orientation, contract briefing in the worker's own language, travel arrangements and structured handover to your site team.

Post-arrival assurance

Scheduled welfare contact, retention reporting, and one escalation point for the employer if any issue arises after deployment.

Workforce planning

Forecasting, pipeline management and recruitment analytics for employers with continuous or seasonal workforce requirements.

Dedicated account management

Premium accounts receive a named account manager, priority sourcing, multi-partner coordination and weekly management reporting.

Compliance coordination

Partner licence verification, recruitment-chain disclosure and audit-ready documentation for employers subject to ethical-sourcing review.

Our model

A structure built to be audited

Recruitment in source countries is a licensed activity, and we do not blur that line. CrestVale is the employer's commercial counterparty; licensed local agencies perform regulated recruitment under written agreement and our oversight.

CrestVale International

Your single commercial counterparty, contracting from New York.

  • Requirement definition and job specification
  • Employer contracts and invoicing
  • Partner selection, coordination and oversight
  • Reporting, analytics and account management

Licensed source-country partners

All regulated recruitment activity, performed by licence holders.

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Documentation and government clearance
  • Medical, training and pre-departure formalities
  • Bound contractually to our compliance standards

One contract, one invoice

You deal with a single entity and a single service agreement instead of managing intermediaries across several jurisdictions.

Full chain disclosure

Every party in the recruitment chain is named in writing. If your programme requires recruiter disclosure to regulators, the information is already prepared.

Verified partners only

Partner licences are verified before engagement and re-verified during it. No unlicensed intermediary is used at any stage.

The process

Eight stages, no shortcuts

Each stage has a defined owner, a document set and a status you can see. We do not compress stages to win a timeline, and we will tell you honestly when a requirement is not deliverable.

  1. 01Requirement definitionTrade, headcount, wage, benefits, contract term, accommodation and start window, agreed in writing.
  2. 02Commercial agreementScope, fee basis, payment trigger, guarantee period and replacement terms documented before work begins.
  3. 03Partner engagementLicensed source-country partner selected and verified; scope and compliance obligations set out in a written agreement.
  4. 04Sourcing & screeningShortlisting, document verification, trade testing, and interviews scheduled to your calendar.
  5. 05Selection & contractingYou select. Each worker signs a contract explained in their own language, with no clause they have not understood.
  6. 06Medical, visa & permitsApproved medical centres, then visa and work-permit formalities coordinated with your counsel and the relevant authorities.
  7. 07Clearance & orientationGovernment registration, pre-departure orientation and a final compliance check before any travel is booked.
  8. 08Deployment & follow-upTravel, arrival confirmation, handover to your site team, and scheduled welfare contact thereafter.

Compliance & ethics

The standards we hold ourselves to

Responsible recruitment is not a marketing line here — it is the reason employers under ethical-sourcing audit can work with us, and it is written into every partner agreement we sign.

  • Employer-funded recruitmentOur commercial model prioritises employer-paid engagements. We do not build revenue on candidate financial burden.
  • No hidden candidate chargesHidden charges, unofficial cash collection, misleading processing fees and unauthorised government-fee markups are prohibited outright.
  • No false guaranteesWe make no promise of a job, visa, wage or benefit that is not written into a signed and attested contract.
  • No passport retentionA worker's passport is their property. It is never held as security by us or by any partner acting for us.
  • Contracts in the worker's languageTerms are explained before signature. A worker who does not understand their contract has not agreed to it.
  • Documented commissions onlyEvery partner commission and referral arrangement is written, approved and auditable. Undocumented arrangements are not recognised.
  • Licensed channels onlyNo regulated recruitment activity is carried out without the required licensing, permissions or legally authorised partners.
  • Data protectionCandidate documents are encrypted, access-controlled and retained only as long as the law requires.
  • Written grievance procedureEvery complaint is logged and answered in writing: grievance@crestvaleinternational.com

How we position ourselves

A workforce partner

CrestVale is designed to operate as a structured workforce partner rather than a traditional manpower supplier — scope, ownership and reporting are defined before delivery begins.

Built on documentation

Every requirement, agreement, commission and placement is written, approved and auditable. Nothing that matters is agreed informally.

Long-term by design

We build repeat employer relationships and lasting partner relationships rather than transactional one-off placements.
